About Glen Arden Heights
History
Glen Arden Heights is a 111-home community in the city of Altamonte Springs, Florida. Streets lined with Oak Trees are symbolic of our name; "Glen," meaning "Narrow Valley," and "Arden," meaning "Great Forest."
On September 23, 1964, the Town Council of the Town of Altamonte Springs, Florida, approved the plat, which laid the foundation for what would become our neighborhood. Since then, generations of families have called Glen Arden Heights Home.
